Chapter links have been added. Read it at your leisure, but at the same time hurry the F*CK UP and read it already. Writing these tournaments was like giving birth to twins; two really f*cked up twins. They're finally here, they're not queer (though some of it clearly is), and well...yeah.

The World Open Weight Championship match is SET, and we are only one show away from the PPV. The FNV 05 lineup will be posted Friday, giving you a couple extra days to digest the tourneys. Both shows are short, entertaining (I think?) reads, so at the very least give 'em the old college skim so you're in the know going forward. Speaking of college, it's mid-April which means it's GO TIME for students worldwide, including myself. I have a sh*t ton of work to do in the next month, but as always I try and balance everything out the best I can. I'm not saying FNV 05 will take a millennium to produce, just saying...it probably won't be written in a week. We'll figure this thing out so we can get to the PPV ASAP and finally crown a champ. Things are going to get wild from here on in, so stay tuned.

In the meantime, here's an optional feedback form (the form is optional, not the feedback- so LEAVE SOME!):

BEST MATCH:

FUNNIEST SH*T:

MOMENT THAT MADE YOU GO "OOOOH CRAP! THAT JUST HAPPENED!":

WRESTLER OF THE NIGHT: (Don't be afraid to pick someone other than the tourney winner)

MYLDE LINE OF THE NIGHT:

F*CKUP OF THE NIGHT:

There weren't a lot of segs, but...SEGMENT OF THE NIGHT:

Congrats to the finalists, Strawsma and User. I felt that the punk ass losers of the tournament (myself included) got over too, despite our punk assedness. Oh well, get 'em next time 'n' all that sh-t. :p

I liked Windham's insanity and the build up to the final. There was one moment during the action that was confusing. I don't know if it was worded wrong or what, I can't remember when it was exactly and I can't be f-cked to go back and look it up. Maybe I'm retarded? F-ck knows...

Was it just me or was there a Scheinberg/Dan Hardy connection being made? Both from England, both nearly had their arms broken but didn't quit, both were noted for controversy in the show, and you made him look like a tough nut despite losing. Not complaining, it's all I'm saying.

Billy made it clear to me he was going to give Eli the Dan Hardy rub, you are not imagining things.

Hahahaha I'm SO GLAD he picked up on that! Yes Throbbin', Eli is now officially Dan Hardy! I'd make Impulse GSP, but I'm not sure Pete would appreciate him coming in after people's matches and saying in a French accent, "I'm not imprezzed by your performanz."

BTW, main note is updated with important info and a feedback form. Also wanna add, if there happens to be a non-league member who read this card (ha...haha...hahahahaha!), don't be shy to leave feedback here as well. All feedback, positive or negative, is welcome.

I have no idea who Dan Hardy or GSP is, so I probably wouldn't care.

BEST MATCH: Patton/McFark, I think.

FUNNIEST SH*T: The thought that someone could be DQ'd for not giving a clean break

MOMENT THAT MADE YOU GO "OOOOH CRAP! THAT JUST HAPPENED!": Canyeta.

WRESTLER OF THE NIGHT: (Don't be afraid to pick someone other than the tourney winner) Patton for wrestling with the broken jaw

MYLDE LINE OF THE NIGHT: Please, don’t insult me. Those two couldn’t shine my shoes if I was a landowner, they were black, and the year was 1859.

BEST MATCH: Besides the obligatory props to the main event, I thought the Impulse vs. Scheinberg really stuck out.

FUNNIEST SH*T: Anything involving Jimmy Mylde

MOMENT THAT MADE YOU GO "OOOOH CRAP! THAT JUST HAPPENED!": Eddie Patton's jaw being broken... then him wrestling with it through two more matches.

WRESTLER OF THE NIGHT: Outside of Impulse winning the tournament, Patton was a solid runner up. McFark and Scheinberg really got over as well.

MYLDE LINE OF THE NIGHT: "I told you, I get paid by the dick joke."

F*CKUP OF THE NIGHT: Magnus Destructo sitting through an entire show within the crowd without murdering anybody.

SEGMENT OF THE NIGHT: Bengals Sex Hotline Commercial

Eddie Patton looked like a million bucks at the end of this show. Almost beats Impulse being the tournament winner. But anyways, fun show all around to read. Easy to digest, which is always a plus.

Good stuff, folks! :)

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, my boss resigned at work and I've pretty much doubled my workload at the same paygrade so I'm mostly just pulling out my hair and wishing for Death's sweet embrace to end my suffering.

OK, mostly I'm just complaining and a Drama Queen, but I haven't really had time to comb through the cards like I've wanted to. I have read enough to say: Wow. Great job from everyone. Everything I've read has been spectacular. It all tells a compelling story and really pushes forward the league as a whole. Even when people lose, it's done in such a way as to make everyone kinda feel like they have a role to play. Like nobody is "above" it.

Anyway, just wanted to say thank for everyone's hard work, I wish I had more detailed responses to give, but I'll just kiss Billy's ass in IM until he books me for the title belt, so no worries there, thanks.

Quick feedback on both tourneys.

Both great main events. Particularly the monsters. Mylde and the bear was hilarious.

Patton definitely stole and drove the golden show and Maeda was great in the monsters. The shortform rounds also worked really really well, not too much or too little, etc.
