Due to the unbalanced amount of teams (13), I had to do some schedule tweaking.
Instead of everyone having three bye weeks, I added a matchup per week to give everyone one bye week only. This left a wide open week 14, which is the final week of the regular fantasy season in our league. I decided to make this a "division rivals" week. Everyone faces someone from their division during that week, leaving one odd man out, who will get an extra bye, and thus one less overall game. By luck of the draw, that team is the one that is being claimed by Justin Taylor.
I figured that was the best way to handle it. I like that we all have division matchups that last week. There could be playoff berths in the balance and head to head in the division amps up the drama of it all.
If there are any questions, serious objections, etc., let me know. Also, if Justin doesn't want that extra bye, I'll just take it for myself and take the one less game. Just let me know.
I'd rather just drop from the league than make everyone have to deal with all kinds of nonsense from an unbalanced league, that and the fact that I always fall apart in any non-money fantasy league means my players can now be drafted by people who'll be active and try to win.
