(We fade to a black screen. The screen remains black for several seconds until we are bombarded by many colors flashing over the screen, as "Yatta" by Happatai cues up and plays while the colors flash. We then fade to El Arco Iris, standing in front of a multicolor back drop. He is attired in his mask, which is tie-dyed rainbow colors, with the face being a peace sign, with the spaces inside cut out, the top two quadrants covered in mesh for the eyes. He is also wearing a tie-dyed t-shirt, and bright neon green corduroy shorts. He is in a somewhat heroic pose with his hands on his hips and his face turned upwards, but breaks the pose a few seconds after we fade in.)
El Arco Iris: At last, El Arco Iris has arrived in WFW. This makes El Arco iris happy, even though he is always happy. I guess it makes El Arco Iris happier than happiest. It makes El Arco Iris happiester! But my first opponent, a señor Thunder, is a sad, angry man. And other people being sad makes El Arco Iris sad, too, and El Arco Iris does not like being sad, or seeing other people be sad, so El Arco Iris will try to cheer señor Thunder up! Señor Thunder says a storm is coming, so El Arco Iris will smile, and shine a big ray of sunshine through the clouds and make señor Thunder sad no more!
(El Arco Iris strikes his pose again, and we can see through the holes in his mask over his mouth that he is, indeed, smiling, and a bright spotlight shines on him, trying to emulate a ray of sunshine. The spotlight turns off, and El Arco Iris continues on as normal.)
El Arco Iris: Señor Thunder talks a lot about pain. He talks a lot about feeling pain. El Arco Iris does not like feeling pain, because pain hurts. Señor Thunder does talk about one element that we both agree on, and that’s the fact that pain is controlled by the mind. Pain is an abstract concept created by the mind. El Arco Iris knows if you eliminate the concept of pain from your mind, you will never feel pain, because it doesn’t exist. This way you can always be smiling and happy, just like El Arco Iris, but much unlike señor Thunder.
(El Arco Iris hangs his head to show that he is sad)
El Arco Iris: Señor Thunder does not eliminate pain from his mind so he can be happy and smiling, but he chooses to dwell on pain, thus making much more ever present in his mind, making him sad and angry, thus making El Arco Iris sad! Not angry, like señor Thunder, but just sad. And as El Arco Iris said, El Arco Iris does not like being sad, because he likes being happy, and is always being happy because there is no pain in his mind or heart. So, when we are to meet at Paradise Lost, in the ring, El Arco Iris hopes that he can show señor Thunder that one needs not have pain in his mind, and can learn to always be happy smiling and sunshine fun! It also makes El Arco Iris sad, though, that to show señor Thunder the abstract nature of pain, he must make him feel a lot of it, but if señor Thunder learns to be happy, then ends shall justify means. El Arco Iris strives to do only one thing, and that he shall do. At Paradise Lost…such a strange naming of Paradise Lost, because El Arco Iris always lives in paradise, happy sunshine fun smiling! Nevertheless...at Paradise Lost…El Arco Iris WILL put a smiiiiile on your face!
