BRANDON JACOBS: We are back and it is time to determine who will go on to face the WFW North American Champion at the PPV. Since this PPV has started, the face of this match has changed.
JONATHAN MARX: There are two rather new people in this match which doesn’t happen very often, but because of El Arco Iris taking out Golem and Shawn Hart, someone is going to get the opportunity of a lifetime.
VIC WATERS: Sometimes it is all about being in the right place at the right time. There have been a lot of problems lately with determining a challenger to Psycho.
JONATHAN MARX: It is like the gods are smiting everyone who could give Psycho a real challenge for WFW North American Title left and right. But it has nothing to do with the lack of respect people have for the WFW North American Title, this is a title which the likes of Manson, Gideon, and Scotty Michaels have held on their way up to the top. Psycho is a hell of a champion, he has turned back challenge after challenge after challenge. He has held the title longer than any of them. Those who don’t think the WFW North American Title is important, regardless of what they think of LOVE is doing, are bitter people who should be dragged out in the street and shot.
VIC WATERS: Amen.
JONATHAN MARX: This is going to be a hell of a match because both of these men have promising futures in WFW but only one is going to be able to take the next step right now. The question is, who wants it more? Daymon or Doe?
VIC WATERS: Logic would dictate Daymon has the advantage this. But Doe can be very feisty… I am not sure which way to go.
JONATHAN MARX: I am going Daymon, but I think it is going to be close.
BRANDON JACOBS: Folks, lets send this one down to ringside and get this one underway!
(CUEUP: “Who Said” By Planet Funk)
RING ANNOUNCER: Introducing first, from Parts Unknown, known world wide as a member of DREDD….. JOHN DOE!
::John Doe walks down to the ring with a look of anger in his eye and enters the ring::
(CUEUP: “Hearts Alive” by Mastadon)
RING ANNOUNCER: And his opponent, from Tacoma, Washington… a former SCW World Heavyweight Champion…. ROCKO DAYMON!
::Rocko Daymon walks down to the ring and enters::
*bell rings*
BRANDON JACOBS: Doe and the referee are talking…. ROCKO DAYMON CHARGES DOE AND TAKES HIM DOWN WITH A SPEAR! Daymon mounts Doe and starts wailing at him with punches to the head.
VIC WATERS: Daymon is taking a nonsense approach to it all taking it to Doe right from the bell.
BRANDON JACOBS: The referee is warning him about close punches but Daymon isn’t slowing down at all.
JONATHAN MARX: Doe really got Daymon riled up and Daymon wants to give him a little payback.
BRANDON JACOBS: The referee grabs Daymon and he is trying to pull him off of Doe… Daymon turns his head to yell at the referee as he is getting up…. LOW BLOW BY DOE AND DAYMON IS DOUBLED OVER!
VIC WATERS: Thankfully for Doe the ref didn’t see what happened.
JONATHAN MARX: Doe kneed him right in the groin as he was getting up off of him after those mounted punches.
BRANDON JACOBS: DOE GETS UP AND HE HURRICANRANAS ROCKO DOWN TO THE MAT AND HOLDS THE LEGS! The ref goes down for the count! 1-------------------------------------2---------------------------- ROCKO DAYMON KICKS OUT!
JONATHAN MARX: Doe almost caught him off guard and got the three.
VIC WATERS: Daymon has to watch himself.
BRANDON JACOBS: Doe dives onto Daymon and starts repeatedly smashing him in the head with forearms.
JONATHAN MARX: It looks like he is working over that head in hopes if he can hit the Amnesia Attack later on, Rocko will stay down.
BRANDON JACOBS: Rocko is trying to escape from under Doe…. ROCKO GRABS THE ARM AND TAKES DOE OVER AND HE LOCKS ON A FUJIWARA ARMBAR!
JONATHAN MARX: Rocko Daymon is showing a good presence of mind.
BRANDON JACOBS: DOE IS STRUGGLING TO BREAK FREE AND HE IS KICKING UP HIS LEGS IN ORDER TO LOOSEN ROCKO’S GRIP BUT ROCKO IS HOLDING FOR ALL HE HAS!
VIC WATERS: These two are doing a lot of mat work early, it is like they are both pacing themselves in case this goes long so they have enough stamina in the tank.
BRANDON JACOBS: DOE MANAGES TO GET HIS FOOT UNDER THE ROPES AND THE REF IS CALLING FOR THE BREAK! Rocko Daymon lets go…. DOE GETS UP QUICKLY AND GOES FOR A FOREARM SMASH ON DAYMON BUT HE DUCKS OUT OF THE WAY IN THE NICK OF TIME!
JONATHAN MARX: Cat like reflexes by Daymon.
BRANDON JACOBS: Doe turns around….. DAYMON FLOORS HIM WITH THE HAND OF GOD DISCUS PUNCH! Daymon goes for the cover! 1-----------------------------------------------2---------------------------------- DOE MANAGES TO GET THE SHOULDER UP!
JONATHAN MARX: Crowd thought it was over.
VIC WATERS: So did I, Daymon really hit all of it, I thought Doe was down for good. Last time I saw someone get hit like that it was Balboa being floored by the Russian.
BRANDON JACOBS: Daymon picks Doe off of the mat….. HE HITS HIM WITH THE DOUBLE ARM DDT! Doe grabs his head, it looks like the DDT may have busted him open.
JONATHAN MARX: Good god.
VIC WATERS: Like Doe could use any more blows to the head.
BRANDON JACOBS: The referee prevents Daymon from getting at Doe and he checks to see if Doe is okay…. DOE ROLLS OUT OF THE RING!
JONATHAN MARX: Looks like Doe is trying to buy himself some time.
VIC WATERS: There are no time outs in wrestling.
BRANDON JACOBS: Daymon pushes his way past the referee and he rolls out to the outside. Daymon grabs the hair of Doe… DAYMON THROWS HIM HEAD FIRST INTO THE STEEL STEPS AND DOE CRASHES IN HARD!
JONATHAN MARX: This looks like it may have been a mistake for Doe.
VIC WATERS: Doe had to roll out, it was the only thing he could do or Daymon would have had him beat already.
BRANDON JACOBS: DAYMON IS RIPPING UP THE MAT AT RINGSIDE AND HE IS CALLING FOR HIS BRAIN ROCKER REDUX!
JONATHAN MARX: This move is dangerous enough as it is, but on the cement, this could end Doe’s career.
VIC WATERS: They are fighting for a the WFW North American Title shot and a chance to dethrone Psycho. Anything goes in love and war.
BRANDON JACOBS: The referee comes out and he is begging Daymon not to do it…. Daymon picks Doe up off the ground and moves him over the exposed concrete… Daymon double underhooks the arms…. HE LIFTS DOE UP AND DOE GOES HEAD FIRST INTO THE CONCRETE WITH THE BRAIN ROCKER REDUX!
JONATHAN MARX: Oh no…
VIC WATERS: Doe isn’t going to be challenging anyone anytime soon.
BRANDON JACOBS: Rocko Daymon tells the referee to get back into the ring and Daymon rolls back in. HE IS ASKING THE REFEREE TO COUNT DOE OUT!
JONATHAN MARX: Daymon just doesn’t want to beat Doe, he wants to humiliate him in the process.
VIC WATERS: Doe was getting a little brash with Daymon and he just paying him back.
JONATHAN MARX: But how far is too far…
BRANDON JACOBS: THE REF IS BEGINNING TO MAKE THE COUNT! ONE…… TWO……… THREE………. FOUR……. FIVE……. SIX……. SEVEN….. EIGHT…… NINE…… TEN……. Doe is beginning to move…….
JONATHAN MARX: If he beats the count in before twenty, it is a damn miracle.
VIC WATERS: There is absolutely no way.
BRANDON JACOBS: ELEVEN…. TWELVE….. THIRTEEN….. FOURTEEN….. Doe is beginning to get up and he is using that guardrail to help himself up…. FIFTEEN……. Doe is struggling to get his footing…. SIXTEEN……. SEVENTEEN…… DOE STUMBLES TOWARDS THE RING IN A DAZE…. EIGHTEEN…. Doe reaches out to grab the ropes and pulls himself onto the apron…. NINTEEN……. DAYMON BOUNCES OFF THE ROPES AND HE KICKS DOE RIGHT IN THE FACE BEFORE HE GET IN TO THE RING AND DOE FALLS RIGHT BACK DOWN ON THE CONCRETE!
CROWD: ROCKO SUCKS! ROCKO SUCKS! ROCKO SUCKS!
JONATHAN MARX: These fans are letting Rocko know what they think of him.
BRANDON JACOBS: Rocko smirks and he rolls out of the ring…. HE PICKS DOE UP OFF OF THE GROUND AND HE ROLLS HIM BACK INTO THE RING!
JONATHAN MARX: Doe may have been trying to beat the count, but his head doesn’t look like he is into this at all.
VIC WATERS: There comes a point where as a wrestler when you are beat down to a certain degree that you just get up and go through the motion. Doe may be at that point right now.
BRANDON JACOBS: Daymon is calling for the Brain Rocker Redux again….
CROWD: ROCKO SUCKS! ROCKO SUCKS! ROCKO SUCKS!
VIC WATERS: It seems like Rocko is feeding off this crowd and it is just making him want to hurt Doe even more.
BRANDON JACOBS: Daymon picks Doe up off of the ground…. DAYMON IS UNDERHOOKING THE ARMS OF DOE BUT DOE IS FIGHTING IT…. DAYMON POWERS HIM UP AND DOE GOES UP AND OVER DAYMON!
JONATHAN MARX: Thank god, I didn’t know if Doe’s neck could take another one of those.
BRANDON JACOBS: Daymon turns around and he charges Doe…. DOE DROP TOE HOLDS DAYMON AND HE STUMBLES FORWARD OFF THE ROPES…. DOE HITS HIM WITH THE AMNESIA ATTACK!
JONATHAN MARX: Cover him!
BRANDON JACOBS: Daymon is down…. But the bloody Doe is stumbling on his feet trying to regain his senses…. DOE PASSES OUT ONTO MAT!
JONATHAN MARX: Oh no! He had him beat! All he had to do was make the cover!
VIC WATERS: Get up Daymon!
BRANDON JACOBS: The ref is putting a double count on both men! ONE……… TWO…….. THREE…….. FOUR……. FIVE…… SIX……… SEVEN…… Neither man is moving! …… EIGHT…….. NINE……. TEN! The ref is signaling for the bell!
JONATHAN MARX: God damn it, this title shot is cursed.
RING ANNOUNCER: THE REF IS DECLARING THIS MATCH A DOUBLE KNOCKOUT!
(CUEUP: “One Shot At Glory by Judas Priest)
CHRIS WINK: All I wanted was one man to face Psycho but at every turn, EVERY ATTEMPT HAS BEEN SMITED and somewhere in the back, Psycho is laughing, thinking that he has the night off…. But like Santa, he is going to be working. And he is going to be working all night long because he is going to be wrestling against BOTH JOHN DOE AND ROCKO DAYMON in a CHRISTMAS SURPRISE match where there will be weapons in presents scattered around the ring which you can use against you opponent! Merry F’N Christmas Psycho!
::Wink throws down the mic and leaves::
BRANDON JACOBS: Well, it looks like we finally know whom is going to be challenging for the WFW North American Title.
JONATHAN MARX: This is going to be another war.
BRANDON JACOBS: Folks, we are going to take another commercial break, but when we comeback, it is time for the tag match between the team of Maelstrom & Dan Ryan against Iron Lion & Sean Edmunds…. STAY TUNED![/
