TSWF released a statement that went as follows:


"Due to matters beyond their control, Tri-State Wrestling Federation has been forced to close its doors. Any further inquiries can be directed through the proper channels to the Office of Mr. Werewolf Gregorson."


Upon further investigation to the TSWF website, a "Property Seizure" notice was found plastered on the front page stating the property was seized due to a tax related matter.
