October 10, 2006 – Bryan Storms is stripped of the MCW Heavyweight Title after turning on Team MCW and defecting to Ultimate Championship Wrestling (UCW).
January 13, 2007 - Chandler Maxwell outlasted Steve Lombardi, Ernest Miller, Steve Marley, Blade, Rusty Dodes, Nakita Dahaka, and Rob Franklin to become MCW Heavyweight Champion in a Battle Royale

January 28, 2007 - Title is declared retired

MCW Legend (A special championship belt presented on a special occasion)

- Karl "The Dragon" Brown
- "Yours Truly" Adam Benjamin
Karl Brown and Adam Benjamin fought, with the winner being awarded the title of "MCW Legend". The match was a 60 minute Ironman match, and resulted in a draw. Thus, both were awarded the MCW Legend title.
