FADEIN: RAZE is at home. He lives in a seedy apartment on the southside of Bethlehem, PA. He looks pissed off as usual.

RAZE: Matthews, you screwed me out of the X-Treme Title. If you wouldn't been F**king with me the whole time I would have won. That damn Troy Douglas. He is a second rate wrestler. An amateur, he is. Troy is nothing. I have seen women wrestle better then him. Secon Rate Federation means Second Rate Wrestlers.

The ringing in RAZE'S head begins to start.

-Matthews got you fired, he screwed you. RAZE you need to break his back. You need to hurt him bad. Make him cry like the b**ch he is. Stick and move, RAZE.

RAZE: You are right. At the next PPV I will be looking for you. The GXW Bookers must not want the match of the year to ever take place. I can't blame this second rate federation for not wanting this match. RAZE vs. "The B**ch" Matthews. So at any rate I will be watching you. I will hurt you. Don't expect to win that title. I will break your back just like your boy Travis Knowles.

-Break his back, RAZE. You must finish him off or he will continue to screw you over and over. Make him Bloody. Murder him. You would have never let this happen in the boxing ring.

RAZE: I will finish him. My trusty bat and I will finish him.

The ringing stops.

FADEOUT: The camera pans the room and RAZE leaves the scene.

(FADEIN to 'Showtime' SHAWN MATTHEWS, getting out of his black Chevy Trailblazer. Matthews looks tired, as it is 4 AM and he just got home from a local Los Angeles nightclub. Shawn is wearing his brand new GXW baseball jersey, that says "Shawn Money" on the back, with a number "27"... Matthews is wearing baggy jeans, and a sh*t-eating grin on his face, as usual...)

SHAWN MATTHEWS: You know, the docs... they gave me the ANSWER to all of my problems. Since I've already begun the LYRICAL DESTRUCTION of the GXW, I don't need to beat the HELL out of people like RAZE! Or do I?

(Matthews is starting to look visibly angered, as he enters his apartment. Matthews turns a beat on his stereo, and begins to rap...)

SHAWN MATTHEWS: RAZE, takin' you on as a sidekick was definitely the worst mistake I could make... didn't think you'd be so G*D-DA*N FAKE! You come out here talkin' to the voices in your head, well keep it up... and I'll pistol-whip yo' punk ass DEAD! Bring your Louisville SLUGGER, and your trailer-trash girlfriend, 'cuz I'm gonna THUG HER! I got your number, RAZE... after I cripple you in the near future, you've gots ta' find another job that PAYS! You come out here talkin' all that trash, guess what RAZE... I'm gonna kick yo' stupid ASS! While I got the match for the X-Treme title, what do you got RAZE? Ain't got sh*t, except a dumb gimmick that just don't fit. You wanna mess with me again, man... I'll hit'chu over the head with a fryin' pan. You want to break my back, you can't break SH*T... when I break yo' face, on the couch is where you'll sit. So RAZE the roof all ya' need, I'm gonna end yo' career, and it'll be your pants you peed. You hear me? Does your punk ass hear me? Yo' betta', because you don't wanna F**K with me again! I said it before and I'll say it once more. I'm gonna light up this biz, 'cuz I'm ALL THERE FU**IN' IS!

(The rap beat stops... Matthews falls onto his bed next to his girlfriend and passes out. FADE TO BLACK...)

[updated:LAST EDITED ON May-06-03 AT 01:26 PM (EST)]FADEIN: In the GXW Lockeroom right after Shawn Matthews' Match at Onslaught May 2003, one of GXW staff approaches RAZE for some questions. RAZE is wearing a "First Rate" t-shirt. (OORP: This backstage interview happens before the accident in parking lot at Onslaught. This note is for timeline sake.)

GXW Staff Member: How does it feel to win your first singles match in the GXW?

RAZE: I feel upset. The match was too easy. I broke that second rate wrestler down. He was hurting. He had nothing. Second Rate.

GXW Staff Member: What are your feelings on the Shawn Matthews Match?

RAZE: That punk almost got beat by a second rate wrestler named Big Cock. Big Cock? Sounds like penis envy to me. My name isn't RAZE the Big Cock. Matthews almost got beat by the Big Cock.(The ringing in his head begins as RAZE get upset to the name Matthews.)

-RAZE kick the s**t out of that jealous interviewer.

GXW SM: So what are your plans in this second rate federation or whatever you call the GXW? Will you take on Matthews or will you run away like you did in NFW?

-Hurt him, RAZE

RAZE: I didn't run away, that damn Matthews got me fired. I don't know if I will face him but I do know that I will be seeing him real soon.

GXW SM: So are you scared of him? You can't face him like a man?

-RAZE throw him into a locker.

RAZE grabs the interviewer and SkullSlams him onto the lockeroom floor. He bodyslams him into a locker and shuts the door. He grabs the mic and begins to talk into the camera. (The ringing is louder.)

-Tell those second rate fans how you are going to take over this federation. The fans boo you, you get no support from the management, and you haven't headlined at any of the PPV's. You are the best wrestler in this federation. Every opponent that you will face will leave the ring with a broken back.

RAZE: I'm the best wrestler in this second rate federation. I'm keeping this federation from being third rate, damnit. This stupid interviewer comes in here and tells me that I ran and that I'm afraid.
I fill the sits and I'm not afraid of Matthews.

RAZE: I will be coming for you Matthews. You had the management give you a seperate lockeroom. Who is the coward, really? I can still see Travis Knowles begging me to stop hitting him. His face bloody and his face bruised. You will be begging me to stop soon enough.

RAZE: I'm bigger, I'm stronger, and I'm better.

FADEOUT: RAZE throws the mic down and leaves the lockeroom.
