The Seattle Times is reporting that International Wrestling Federation is in the process of forming secondary title. According to sources inside the front office the name of the belt is 'Sin City Championship'.
Supposedly this is going to have something to do with the end of the west coast High Intensity Tour, which concludes in Las Vegas Nevada.
