A professional wrestler known for his over-the-top gangster-rap demeanor and unique play on words faces weapons charges following an arrest for Illegal Possesion of a Firearm, a felony.
California Highway Patrolmen were the first responders to a call at Rancho Diego on Provost St.; man waving a gun. It is alleged that Ice Tre (his legal name) entered the mexican restaurant around 1:30 pm Tuesday, became aggitated with the lack of fajita options, and brandished a semi-automatic handgun.
Officers arrived quickly and found Mr.Tre in the kitchen, reportedly making his own fajita. The police report indicated that officers found a stolen handgun in his waistband. Mr.Tre faces 3-10 years and is currently being held at South Station precinct on $40,000 bail.
His publicist, Cassidy Stewart, could not be reached for comment.
