((FADEIN: MICHAEL MANSON, in black jeans and dress shirt, sitting on a lounge chair with a clipboard stacked with a contract in front him. He checks it up and down with one of those annoying laser pointers and then flashes it at the camera.))
MANSON: Ah yes, religous-themed invasions and takeovers, all-out mutinies, and double-crossing. Such is the new face of the NFW. Of course, this did not occur in my **NFW**, but each administration faces its own difficulties. Still, circumstances have called for me to bring up something that I had not wanted to do originally, but...times are what they are.
As some may recall, I served as commissioner of this promotion for some time and when the re-structuring came, I played a role in that until the time came when the commissioner's role was no longer required and I gave up and returned to full-time activity as a wrestler. The more watchful of you also would remember that before I gave up all commissioner powers, I not only give myself a well-deserved raise, but I re-structured my entire contract.
I have clauses and passages written out in it that Satan and Al Pacino wouldn't understand.

And looking over the copy of this contract, I realize my full powers in this situation. I can't be fired and I have no intentions of quitting. That's not what I do. However, I feel that Prosser and the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins and I are at stalemate.
I think that destruction for the sake of destruction lacks aesthetic quality, but to each their own. The problem is that their agenda is going to naturally conflict with mine. And mine does include winning the Ultratitle. The conflict is they're going to try to tear everything down and destroy everything. Injuries....careers ending...things onfire....and that sort. But I will still be standing. Each and every week, that ring could explode and I could have cut, burned, and broken, but still, I'd be back each and every week. I always come back.
My back was broken, feeling lost to my lower limbs, and I climbed out of that wheelchair due to force of will so I could help create and win the Ultratitle. The piece of metal itself could be melted down, but the symbolism of the thing remains. And there is nothing that Prosser or anyone else could do to me that is worse than anything that has ever been done to me before. And as long as I remain, there'll still be a Northern conference, there'll still be an NFW, and there'll still be an Ultratitle.
I realize the option might be that they would suggest an alliance, but we disagree on several things, important things, and there are much easier ways for them to sign on if they really want to be my latest group of lackies.
I don't bear a grudge about the War Games thing..that's frighteningly close to what I see as third base but....I'm going to assume ignorance on the parts of the SDS and hope that they really just wanted to end my life. I don't care about DC Strattons betrayla of a temporary team or even the conference and the NFW. I've slapped his ass around every 3 weeks regularly since I started in the NFW and I've already buried Neil Riddick alive.
But even my patience has limits, and since I have contractual powers the likes of which every wrestler wishes they had, we have 3 options remaining:
1) Avery Prosser, chairman of the North meets with me and we come to some type of terms, because rest assured, I won't ne putting up with their candy-ass version of evil.
2) If I cannot come to terms with the North, I am perfectly willing to exercise the free agent clause in my contract and talk with Calvin Carlton about signing on for the Southern conference. In fact, I'm willing to hear both their pitches simulatenously....starting now....and yes.....I will accept bribes and pez. While Prosser might see me as a nemesis or obstacle, I'm quite sure Carlton is a man who can see the benefits of having the hearse-ridin, grave-diggin, pez-eatin, lyin, cheatin bastard son of Satan and my brand of chaotic poetry in the Southern conference.
3)...and if none of us can meet on any grounds....and since I have no intention of quitting...I've exercise the option of breaking away from both conferences..and forming my own. That's right, I can do that, I could have done that from the start. But I suppose you just don't know what kind of guy I am. Either way, there'll be an Ultratitle...even if I'm the only wrestler and the chairman of my very own conference.
Now..let's let the negotiations begin.....
