That is a thing called vBookie. It's basically a gambling system where you get "vCash" to bet on certain events. I plan on using it to make the TEAM Tourney and all future TEAM events a little more... fun shall we say. All you need to do to partake in the betting is to register at the PTC boards if you aren't already. Then, with your account, you'll get 500 vBucks. Spend wisely, because once you're out, I don't think there's a way you can get anymore unless you win win WIN.
