SM: Hello everyone and welcome to this special EPICENTER bulletin. We're going to give you results from two special play-in matches to fill vacancies in the Memphis bracket. Both matches were held at the Anderson Arena in Bowling Green, OH.
First up, Jason Payne and Chris Storm. This match wasn't as close as many pundits thought it would be. Payne put Storm away within five minutes with a Payne Killer.
Second match was a better by a large margin. Simply Beautiful had control of the match early on, and it looked like on several occasions he'd pull out the win. However, Jarod Poe caught him with a spinebuster off a counter and then finished him off with a stiff falcon arrow to advance.
