Feast And Famine
"The good book tells of a time of famine followed closely by a time to feast." states Bibyl as he rests both of his hands face down on the pulpit before him. A red sash, trimmed in gold, is draped across the wall behind and Tony is standing beside him. Bibyl's voice stops to echo through the hollowed building in time to devour his next words.
"That time was true before, and it will be true again." Bibyl turns the page as DeLucci crosses his arms over his chest. "The time where the two of us fight, battle, and wage war with others only not to reach complete fulfillment in our field is soon to be at an end. A new time for us will soon dawn."
The newest words spread out to one and all as Tony releases his arms to his sides and leans over onto one foot. He pitches towards the pulpit, reaches out, and takes a hold of the three and a half foot long crowbar which had been resting on the side of the pulpit. With that tool now in his grasp, Tony goes back to standing tall on both feet and continues to listen to what his tag partner has to say next.
"A time where we become empowered above all others is soon to be with us." a devil's grin washes over Bibyl as he realises that Tony now has the crowbar in his direct possession. "No more shall we have to prove ourselves to those above us, for we shall be among high. No more shall we need to battle our peers and our enemies, for we shall be equal to no other. And no longer shall either of us be considered a part of the merger masses, for we shall reign as kings upon all others."
Tony steps over to be behind the pulpit with Bibyl now. Bibyl removes the corresponding hand as to the side that DeLucci steps closer to from off the pulpit and gladly gives Tony equal time to speak his mind. DeLucci grins a thank you to his friend and turns his stare to us.
Tony speaks.
"Trust us...we can make it happen."
