The Apex Wrestling Alliance is currently looking to add member federations. The aWa which opened recently has signed one regional fed by the name of Wrestling Midwest (WMW). The WMW is the first of what the aWa hopes will be four member federations.
The aWa is currently targeting indy feds and regional feds that are looking for some backing financially, or who are simply looking for some more exposure. The aWa is willing to provide both financial support as well as promoting through various channels in order to help their member federations prosper and expose their product to more fans and potential fans.
The aWa has no interest in having any say or impact in how these member federations are run beyond the fact that they must make it known that they are operating under the Apex Wrestling Alliance umbrella. The areas that member federations wish to tour, the wrestlers that they wish to push, and the champions that they wish to crown will be left completely up to them.
The aWa website will offer reviews of events from all member federations as well as periodic wrestler rankings that will rank the top wrestlers from all member federations against one another to see who is at the Apex of wrestling at that moment.
If you are currently a part of a federation that would have interest in this business venture then please do not hesitate to check out the website (http://www.apex-wrestling.com) and contact JC Barr the owner and operator of the aWa.
