HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Seven days late, but at least no one is pregnant. Today we have assorted groups of Tricks that celebrate the other worldly super nature of professional wrestling which goes back longer than Vince McMahon ever thought about sports entertainment. As a wrestling fan in the late eighties/nineties, holidays use to mean a lot more in wrestling because big events were centered around them and instead of shying away from them, they embraced them to their fullest. Lets talk a walk down Mocking Bird Lane shall we?
ECW aired one of the finest promos ever for their Halloween TV show and it did a 1.6 rating, without it with CM Punk vs. John Morrison facing off for the title a week later, it did a 1.2. What a difference this promo made…
