BRANDON JACOBS: Welcome everyone to Merrython, we are live at Rockefeller Center for our Winter Carnival.

JONATHAN MARX: It is always great to be back in the city that never sleeps.

::Vic blows his nose rudely::

BRANDON JACOBS: And our sick partner for the show… Vic Waters who certainly lives up to his name the way his nose is running.

JONATHAN MARX: This is one of the first times your nose is red and alcohol is not involved.

VIC WATERS: It is not funny, it seems like half the nation is sick over the last couple of weeks. Even several WFW wrestlers have been struck down by this flu.

JONATHAN MARX: The Black Plague left less casualties.

BRANDON JACOBS: Well we are not going to let it dampen our spirits, we are going to go on with the show come hell or high water and even though this has been mostly hell, in the spirit of the WFW we are going to march on.

JONATHAN MARX: I am actually looking forward to this show a lot, it means a lot to me with everything that happened at last year’s Merrython and I think this one will live up to the hype.

VIC WATERS: Last year’s Merrython was historic for the screwjob Michaels and “his brother” pulled off in Central Park costing Shawn Hart his WFW World Heavyweight Title and that FAO Schwartz match between Wells, Edmunds, and Wylde. Both of those matches will be revisted here tonight….

JONATHAN MARX: This is also the anniversary of the beginning of the Copycat/Anarky feud when Copycat in his sack of weapons match planted a paint bomb in his sack costing Anarky the match when it exploded in his face. That aggravated Anarky so much that it basically gave birth to LOVE which has propelled the careers of Felix Red, Jared Wells, and Psycho to become major players in WFW.

BRANDON JACOBS: If Anarky can win the match tonight against Edmunds and get that WFW World Heavyweight Title shot, he may be able to get his revenge and go all the way and take that title that Copycat has worked so hard for and bring it back to LOVE.

VIC WATERS: Edmunds isn’t going to make it easy on Anarky, he hates Copycat so much, he wants to be the one to take away his title from the man who has been his rival all the way back to their WWL days.

JONATHAN MARX: Copycat may not even be the one who walks out with the WFW World Heavyweight Title. Many people consider Shawn Hart neck and neck with Manson as the greatest WFW World Heavyweight Champion of alltime. Shawn Hart fought and turned away some of the best who have ever walked through those doors and he always found a way to win when the title was on the line. If Copycat isn’t careful, he may lose his title in his first defense just like he did back in 1997.

BRANDON JACOBS: Don’t think Copycat isn’t aware of that. That is something that haunts every champion when it has happened to them before. It is one thing to win the title, but it is another to take the title and have a run for the ages with it. Tonight may be as important was his match against Manson at Christmas Card.

JONATHAN MARX: Someone who knows something about titles is Psycho and tonight he has the match of his life ahead of him. The former WFW World Heavyweight and North American Champion Psycho will attempt to get revenge on that monster of a man Dan Ryan for that blatant mugging at the hands of Inner Circle.

VIC WATERS: Psycho had a hell of an eight month run with that WFW North American Title and proved himself as one of the very best even more than when he won the World Title from Doc, but there is always some bitterness when a great reign like Psycho had gets ended like that instead of finally getting beaten by a better man. As odd as this sounds, Dan Ryan is one the who has the disadvantage in this match because Psycho is a man possessed and he is going to pay him back for what he did to him even at the cost of his own well being.

JONATHAN MARX: Facing someone stable is one thing, but facing a madman is another. Dan Ryan is going to hold his own, but I think it is going to be a knock down, drag out fight for the ages.

VIC WATERS: It is going to make Vader verses Cactus look like Dory Funk verses Jack Briscoe.

BRANDON JACOBS: Speaking of men a bit off center, tonight marks the debut of the former NFW World Heavyweight Champion Bloodhunt and he will have a hell of a task at hand when he goes one on one with the President Felix Red.

JONATHAN MARX: It is Oliver Stone meets Lewis Carroll and both men have a hell of a challenge ahead of them. When has either man faced someone stranger than themselves and the question is, how will they deal with that?

BRANDON JACOBS: Felix Red is in LOVE, he is use to strange characters by now.

JONATHAN MARX: When it comes down to it, it may come down to experience. Bloodhunt is a legend so he has faced the best before and has come out on top, but then on the other hand Felix Red has had a hell of a rise to the top to become one of the best in this sport so I think this is going to be a great match.

BRANDON JACOBS: On the subject of unusual character, tonight the Noble Sheik, a former Mr. Vicious Champion makes his return to wrestling teaming with Golem against the team of John Doe and Pulsar.

VIC WATERS: Back in the days that Noble Sheik was wrestling, people didn’t do the crazy stuff that he did and was as unique as he was. He is really one of the godfathers of guys like Manson and Felix Red who allowed wrestlers to be who they wanted to be.

JONATHAN MARX: That crazy old coot is going to make sure John Doe and Pulsar have their hands full. Hopefully Doe and Pulsar have watched their tapes so they have an inkling of what to expect because if you aren’t ready for the Sheik, you already have one foot in the grave.

BRANDON JACOBS: We are getting a signal from the truck that we have to go to our first commercial break, when we comeback, two of the most controversial men in the WFW will square off with the one and only Ron Artest going on one with Pitt!

JONATHAN MARX: It is Transylvania verses the Hood!

BRANDON JACOBS: STAY TUNED EVERYONE!
