RE:

(FADEIN: Angel Castillo walking around his apartment cursing in Spanish and pulling at his hair, frustrated and angry.)

Castillo: ¡Mierda, mierda mierda mierda! My chance at the TV title WASTED! That title should be around MY waist! I deserve it!

(El Diablo sits down on the couch cradling his head in his hands, his soft dark hair draped over his finger. After a few seconds, he sits up straight and looks into the camera.)

Castillo: Bah. Now, because of my failure, I am forced to fight the likes of Brett Irvine, the so-called “future”. I beg to differ. If there is anyone who is the GLCW’s future, a sole person who will carry on this federation into legendary status all by him self, it will be ME, Angel Castillo! Today’s culture wants a man who brings something new to the table, something exotic, and something with a brand new flavor. You are like all the rest I’ve seen, proclaiming limitless talent and saying this and that, but never backing it up and just fumbling around the ring using the same moves with the same flair of 30 years ago, managing to pull of a victory or two. But me, I break the mold. I have a ring presence that is completely unique. Not because I was born outside the U.S., but it sure doesn’t hurt. Think of all the greats in this business that have come to legendary status on their own. They come from places like Japan, Mexico, and Canada, while there are just a few from here who manage to become greats, who show actual talent. Even in other sports, the best ones will come from some unknown Eastern European country and have almost godlike talent. And most of them come here from their home country to help improve the sport here. Let me be able to carry the torch and continue that great tradition with my main event-caliber abilities and championship quality talent. I am the future of this organization, if not this whole business, if not the whole sports scene, as it is I, and others like me who will be the ones to carry on this sport to the stars. You are just a carbon copy of the old. And will be the sole vestige of the past, overcome by the TRUE Future. A future that is just a touch…¡¡¡PICANTE!!!
