So our super wonderful DOC division, which sounded like a good idea on-paper, is really struggling at the moment. It's going to have a grand total of one full-time handler after the next PPV, which obviously isn't enough to base a division on. We need numbers, and badly.
This is a call to any existing DEFIANCE handler interested in bringing in a second character and running them in the DOC division. Recruitment has slowed down a little bit, so bringing in new characters via that particular route isn't viable at the moment.
Characters have to fit the division's ethos. That's the main issue. There are countless guys who could step-in and contest the belt if not for the division's identity, but it is what it is. The DOC is based loosely on NJPW's NEVER Openweight Title: it revolves around puro-centric hard-hitting wrestling characterised by fighting spirit and toughness. It's not a chickenshit heel's division, and it's not a flippydoo's division. If you can't stand-up straight after getting elbow in the face five times in a row by DEF's baddest dudes, you're not DOC.
