Sorry about that, I couldn't get it to show up and it was making me mad. Even now it's not showing up and I don't know why.
Anyway, I used the king of all graphics programs -- Adobe Photoshop. I just grabbed a skull and cropped it out onto a black background, downloaded a blood-dropping font and added some Photoshop effects to it.
Can everyone still see it, 'cause I can't, for whatever reason.

Yeah, I can see it and yes, Photoshop is the best graphic editing program out there. I use it for everything; graphics, web design, etc. I've been using it for almost 10 years myself. It has most certainly envolved from just a photo-editing program.
