Congrats Jamar. Where's Denzel from Training Day when you need him (please tell me someone knows what I'm talking about)?

Oh Jamar, maybe one day your wish will come true. ;) In the meantime, congrats again!

On a related note, I just bought my youngest son his first football helmet - and my oldest is now on the Varsity wrestling team.

Oh yeah...

Sorry about that girl thing, Jay. Damn.

Hey,

I think I finally caught on.
Sorry, man. I have one too. She's cuter than a button (how cute really 'is' a button) and flirts just like her mom. I already have to invest in a shotgun when I get home. Maybe you should go get yerself one too...

Congrats on the girl! Strangely, one of my family's friends has something like four daughters, it's crazy. But I'm sure there's plenty of good in it, too. I think I'd second the going out and buying a weapon, though. Maybe a steel pipe, even. Also, I see teenage girls walking around now with these small brass knucks on their necklaces? Still large enough to use.. I guess it's less noisy. ;)

thanks again! I know this is getting old for you, but hey ... I'm living life like it's the sixties baby! *mumbles* ...something Jonathan David knows about first hand. ;)
Someone has a sense of humor, Jay... they're all going to make you go prematurely gray.

That's what having daughters does. I assume.

Well, I'm already gray, Russo. Well, not all the way, but yeah ... it's coming. Daughters are a precious thing, if anything, it'll speed up the transition from Jamar Short - mild mannered, suave, debonaire, intellectual, half man/half amazing PIMP and a half ... to Jamar Short mild mannered, suave, debonaire, intellectual, half man/half amazing PIMP and a half, that shoots teenage boys with his trusty shotgun.

congrats Short

girls are a blessing, so I hear:)

Screw you, old man. :)

Let's see how you feel in ten years when your son is cradled up under his mother, like ALL boys do, and you can't get attention from him OR her. Hmph.

On a related note, my wife woke up this morning and did BOTH of my daughters hair, then dressed them, played house with them, sipped tea from empty cups, then watched Backyardigans, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and Dora The Explorer...

...while daddy sat on his ass and played PS3. (okay, okay, I went to work. But you catch my drift. If I didn't go to work, that's exactly what I would've done! Atleast I don't have to share my toys like you suckas. HAH!)
