SAVAGE: That's better. Now let me tell you something. I'm tired of being laughed at by others here in GLCW. I'm tired of being known as "The Loser" here within Great Lakes. Now I've got "Showtime" Steven James......

SAVAGE: So tell ya' what I'm gonna do, Stevie baby. If I lose this match to you, rookie....then I'll LEAVE GREAT LAKES CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING......FOREVER!!!!!!
Pauses again for a moment
SAVAGE What am I? Freakin' crazy? Leave GLCW? An organization dedicated to puttin' wresting back into the business? Hell. If I leave GLCW, I might as well just disappear altogether. Well, no two-bit scumbag rookie is gonna do that for me. Forget it, Showtime. I'm gonna make an example out of you.....no matter what!

IT'S TIME, IT'S TIME, OOOWWWW BABY IT'S TIME! Jon Savage...What the hell is wrong with you son? Did a blood vessel pop in your head? Why the hell are you pitching a fit about a match we haven't even wrestled yet? Didn't you take your prozac today? You gotta chill out son, get a girl or something because you need to blow off a little steam.
Now onto the match itself, you say that you're going to make an example out of me? Ha! Ha! Ha! Wow, you really are dillusional aren't you? I mean, are you starting to actually listen to those voices in your head? Well, reguardless, one thing's for sure and that's so far nobody has beaten me to the point that i did not get back up. Angel, Hawk, Redemption, and now you. Your just another name on my list of @$$es kicked and trust me, the only example that will be made is how bad i beat you into retirement. Because you may not leave if you lose, but i'm gonna make damn sure that you leave because you will not have the power to walk, let alone wrestle. Or maybe i'll beat you just enough to win, this way here you can stick around and get called a loser all the time. Maybe that's better than any physical torment i could do to you. Well whatever it is i decide to do to you i can assure you that it won't be pleasent.
And when i step through those curtains, and the spotlight hits me, you will know that it's time to settle business, and by that i mean SSHHOOWWW BUSINESS. LIGHTS. CAMERA. ACTION.

SAVAGE: (pacing, aggravated) I don't know who the hell you think you are, but I'm sick and tired of hearing about "Showtime." Showtime, Showtime, Showtime. All I hear about is how "great" showtime is....about how "good" you think you are....about how you're going to somehow "beat" me into retirement.....
Stops pacing and looks into camera....
SAVAGE: Well, baby, it ain't gonna happen. I've got an announcement that's gonna set GLCW on it's ear. Lyla's gone. She's history because she didn't understand the business and she didn't understand how to advance my career. We're finished, through, over. I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce my NEW manager, a man who's definetly gonna help me get to the top. Introducing....Johnny Wildside.....
Johnny Wildside walks out next to Savage
WILDSIDE: Showtime Steven James, everything you thought about Mr. Savage has been turned upside-down. You think it's gonna be easy to defeat Savage? And what about me? In the great hand of poker, I am the wildcard. With a wildcard in a hand with four aces, it's no tellin' what I might do during the match, after the match.....or before..... Watch your back, Mr. James, because when all is said and done, you will suffer at the hands of Jon Savage.....
SAVAGE: See, Stevie, it's like this. There's danger in the unknown. Since we haven't faced each other previously, then danger lurks. I promise you that two of us will walk into that ring, but only one -- ME -- will walk out. That sir, is a promise.
WILDSIDE: And one more thing, Mr. James.....SHOWS OVAH!

Well guess what, i'm not any of those things for I am what I always am, and that's confident. I'm confident in my ability and i'm confident that one man will walk out of that ring and it will be ME! And you go on to say that there's no telling what you might do outside the ring? Well "wildside", lets just say that i too on occasions am a betting man and i never go without a trick up my sleeve as well.
