eWrestling Experience: Wow, where to begin. Been involved in this hobby since 1998 with a few breaks in between. Most recently came back in 2012 with stints in the NeWA, SCW, and UTA. NeWA closed, as did UTA. Defiance is the best thing out there today with everyone else playing catch up.

How did you find Defiance?
Handled part-time in Defiance with another character, back in 2014. Have been roughly familiar due to Justin and James.

Are you willing to write matches?
Writing matches is definitely not my strong suit. But with that being said, I would try my best.

Wrestler(s) Information

Ring Name:
Sean Jackson

Height:
6'2

Weight:
220 pounds

Hailing From: Dallas, Texas

Alignment:
Heel

Gimmick:
He loves getting into the head of his opponents, to use things in order to gain an advantage. Has been known to target family members in order get the desired result, has a win at all cost attitude.

Wrestling Style:
Sean Jackson is a technically sound wrestler, who isn't afraid to cheat in order to gain the upper hand. If bailing from the ring breaks an opponent's momentum, then he won't hesitate. He also has no problem getting himself disqualified if it means not eating a pin. The Dallas native targets two areas on his opponent's body, the neck and knees. Everything he does, sets up his next move, like playing chess in the ring. The idea is to weaken his opponent where either finisher can get the job done.

Three Weaknesses:

1.
He feels the need to constantly prove himself, that he isn't given the credit he so richly deserves. No matter how many titles comes his way, no matter how many matches he's won, he is forever fighting the feeling of being inadequate.
2.
His ego is easily bruised. He has lost to midgits, lost to women, and has been moved to lesser companies because of paperwork issues. He tries to hide it, but sometimes failing miserably because it is easier to blame his problems on others.
3.
Because of his narcissistic behavior and his ego, he tends to get distracted when things are going his way in the ring.

Three Strengths:

1.
The Mental Rapist has confidence now. After the recent success in the now closed UTA, there is confidence that he never knew existed. Before UTA he was a small fish in a ocean full of sharks, after UTA he wants to prove that there isn't a shark left bigger than him.
2.
Sean has a loaded weapon now. His lights out high knee, better known as Lights Out, Game Called Due To Darkness. It can be delivered from anywhere in the ring, and from any angle. All he needs is a split second, to deliver it from point blank range.
3.
Believe it or not, Sean Jackson is in remarkable health for someone about to turn 40 years old. Aside from the two plus years in UTA, the Dallas native largely avoided the big time matches which could have shortened his career, and now is ready to bring that success to Defiance where some unfinished business remains.

MOVESET

Ten regular moveset moves:

1)
Rake the eyes
2)
arm drag followed by a taunt
3)
drop opponent throat first on top rope
4)
stiff knees between shoulder blades
5)
swinging neckbreaker
6)
corner foot choke
7)
low blow while ref isn't looking
8)
backbreaker
9)
oriental nerve hold
10)
Jumping DDT

2-5 trademark moves:

1)
second rope elbow drop
2)
clothesline
3)
with ref out of position, fist to face while opponent in headlock
4)
with ref out of position, grab opponent's hair to jerk them to the mat
5)
rake opponent's eyes with boot laces

1 Finishing Move:

Muta Lock

1 "MDK"
(murderdeathkill) Finishing Move. "Lights Out"- basically a high knee to the back of opponents skull. Opponent is facing away, either sitting down or on the knees.

I've known Mike for years, when he's fully committed his tough as nails.
He has his second yes from me.

I'm sure it'll be an interesting transition from RP to angle for you, but you have a great reputation and it'd be stupid not to have you involved. Yes.

That was quick.

Brunk or Pete will sort your forum access.

Give James a user/pass for the website.

Find the art thread and get Chris a micro description.

Welcome to the Big Kids Table.

I will say that I think you should shorten the name of your MDK finish. That shit's a mouthful. Light's Out would work just fine. Just my opinion.

It amuses me that three out of your five "trademark" moves are garden variety heel tactics, and that the Muta lock is both a regular move in your moveset and your finisher.

"It's the MUTA LOCK!! COULD THIS BE OVER???"

"No, that's just his regular Muta Lock, not his finishing Muta lock. NOOB."

I know Mike "got the votes quickly," and in speaking to him briefly I will say I like him and think he'd be a good addition to DEF, but I'm going to be constructive anyway.

1. The character's nickname is terrible. Like "DIAMOND LEGEND" terrible.
2. So is the theme music I'm presuming he's going to use (DAD ROCK).
3. Brunk has a valid point concerning the moveset.
4. MDK move name is way too long.

Points 1 and 2 are things I've said in other chats before (Skype, Mixlr, etc.) and I'm going to call attention to them because I can. I also don't expect Mike to change them either, in case that's a thing people start wondering about.

We certainly seem to be a picky bunch of eaters this week! Congrats on the acceptance, Michael, I will say that at least 80% of what you did with the character in the UTAHs probably won't work here. But I know that you adapt easy and will figure it out. If Dynasty is formed here, we riot.

Thanks everyone for the early votes of confidence. Also, thanks for the suggestions on my app, all of which has been modified. Anything I can do to make this experience better, will be quickly done.

Just so everyone knows, the ego was checked at the door before walking in, so any advice given or any observations to anything I'm doing wrong will be noted and corrected...post haste.

FYI to super new people, THIS is the attitude that will increase your chances of getting yes votes exponentially.

Of-course in Mike's case he's like... ewrestling Mace Windu, the oldest and wisest of us all, so.

(Emphasis on the old part... ZING! Still got it. Welcome back to the fold sir.)

EDIT
It's a yes from me, in case that's not obvious.
