Scaling back

No, this isn't a shutdown post, nor is it a retirement post or anything like that.

I've received feedback from at least two people so far that suggest that TEAM is becoming too overarching, almost like a regular fed. That is certainly not what I was aiming to have TEAM become, and I guess the RP and my own dwindling involvement has indicated that. (sidenote: I guess I shouldn't try to open up my own fulltime fed anytime soon!) So here's the deal.

As of right now, I'm scaling back the number of SuperShows. Instead of having SuperShows all the time in between major tournaments, I'm thinking we could have just one stand-alone and then have the other ones attached to the major tournaments, like the TiT and the Dupree Cup. Reason is that I want to spike more interest in the TEAM events, but I'm not fully ready to give up all my interfed titles.

Now, here's where you guys come in. FIrst.... do you like the previous decision? Am I being too rash? If enough of you can convince me that I am AND if I start seeing more of an RP response in the next few TEAM cards, then we can go back to SuperShows all the time and such.

Second, the aforementioned titles. Do we have too many? If so, which ones do you think should be scaled back? I'm not adding more, if that's on anyone's mind, and if it is, well, you've got problems

That's about it for now. As for now, I'm back to judging and such. Hopefully, the card goes up by the weekend, but that's contingient on the third judge getting back to me.

Tommy.. I have thought recently that there were too many shows and the lustre had worn away from the rose. But, Doesn't that happen to many feds and even real wrestling shows?

I think that scaling back just a little would do the trick. The titles that you have a great. I wouldn't change anything in that aspect. Each title has a great amount of respect. I especially love the Free for All idea and the new Tag Titles.

I guess what I am trying to say is keep the shows that have meant something to you. And then sprinkle in a few other shows here and there. A show every two months sounds good. If it's still too close. Try one every three months.

I definitely DO NOT want to see TEAM go away. I plan to be a part of each show God willing.
