I USE to own a XBOX 360...key word...use to.

XBOX runs on a Xenon Chip with 3 cores, PS3 with a Cell CPU with 7 cores. PS3 = Faster CPU power

Not to mention Xbox has a HDD that is not upgradable.

PS3 Ram clock speed is twice as fast as Xbox.

Oh and Xbox as a failure rate of 33% compared to PS3's 0.2% failure rate.

YOu go on ahead and pay for your Live service...I will play on an elite gaming system with BluRay and free live service.

And I bet you waited in line three hours to buy that glorified blu ray player for, what, $450, $500? For graphics that, to the untrained eye, and excuse my French here...look like the same f*ckin' thing as XBox 360. The thing about XBox Live is, it's worth the money. Plus, the days when Playstation had a crapload of exclusive killer apps...are OVER my friend!

I'll admit that the hardware specs aren't really that important. Most developers can barely utilize the cell processors in the PS3 anyway, which is why most Xbox 360 games look ever so sightly better than the PS3's.

However, that being said... no reason to be a fanboy. I bought a PS3 cause my roommate had a 360 at the time. He's since moved out. I can't be dropping 300 bills on a system just so I can play Forza Motorsport 3 (though I really, really, really want to).

So hey, free online gaming + Blu Ray = decently good system.

Plus, Uncharted 2 and Demon's Souls are money.

PS3 indeed looks prettier, but I'm a big fan of playing games online with friends and you can't beat XBox in that regard right now.

You didn't *have* to shoot.

And you could skip the level.

I'll agree though...pretty bad thing to put in a game.

I mean, plowing over a bunch of pedestrians with a car in GTAIV is one thing; that game is supposed to have a comic element. CoD is just so damn realistic, though. I didn't really understand the POINT of putting that kind of stage in the game, and why it dragged out for as long as it did.

Already had a bluray player (and an HD DVD one ... I chose the wrong one in the beginning so I had to go out and buy a bluray one )

.. and I had read that Xbox 360 looked better graphics wise.

Plus, Xbox 360 had NFL Head Coach 09 ... sad I know.

Hmmm. I love my PS3, I have a (used) launch 60 gig. It has been in for repairs a total of 5 times now. It's had a new power supply and BRD put in.

There are about 7 of my local friends that also have PS3s, and only one of them hasn't yet had to send his off for repairs. Just sayin'.

Speaking of which, my PS3 is in the shop right now, but it should be back in a day or two. I'll be picking up MW2 in a few weeks. If any of you guys still has room on your list, PSN ID: Mr_Dread
