NWL's New Web Layout

I just whipped up a new web layout for the NWL, since the one we currently use is a bit basic. Just a quick note, the image is over 100k, so if you on 56k, it'll take awhile to load. Also, I know there is a misspelling of the word "Columns", but since it's one whole image and I have the PSD file saved, I can fix it.

I can give you a more detailed critique once I see the full blown out view. Maybe the letters and world map could be a bit darker to offer more contrast, but so far, I like what I see....
