DoP: It does feel good to be back from a break. I don't know if you would call it a break, as a true warrior never stops his training. One can never be too prepared.

It looks as though I am up for a championship. And what better way to prove my strength then to destroy three men in a single night? It's nothing new. I have many, many men much stronger than anyone here, who are much more dangerous. All three of you, especially Pulsar, have an awakening in store for you. Pulsar, you stuck your nose where it didn't belong. I had an issue with Finnigan that you had no business in. Don't think that I'll forgive and forget. I will gladly destroy Captain Canadia and Krush to teach you a lesson in humility.

No need to worry

FADE IN: PULSAR IS STANDING IN A DULL, GREY PART OF TOWN. MODERATELY BUSY.

PULSAR: Hey, guess what? I've got good news for my new friend, The Distributer of Pain, you wont have to worry yourself by forgiving or forgetting anything. Which makes sense, cause I wont be apologising for anything. It all comes together nicely, doenst it. You see, I was sitting backstage, just checking out the show, itching to get a bit of action. Then I see face that will be standing between myself and my chance at making history as the first NWL International Champion. So, I just couldnt help myself. I wasnt there to save anyone, to make friends or enemies with anyone.... I ran out, put on a beat down, to simply send a message, not only DoP but to the other competitors in the Gridiron Gauntlet... Krusher and Canada's Hero. Whats the message? Get in my way... and you wont be there for long.

(PULSAR IS INTERRUPTED BY TWO YOUNG GUYS WALKING WALKING BETWEEN THE CAMERA AND PULSAR)

PULSAR: (TURNS TOWARDS THE GUYS) Hey, there is a whole footpath to walk on. Cant you see we're busy here?

GUY1: (ARROGANTLY) And cant you see we dont care?

(THE TWO GUYS START LAUGHING BETWEEN THEMSELVES)

GUY2: (STILL LAUGHING) F***ing bull-**** wrestler.

PULSAR WALKS TOWARDS THE TWO GUYS. AS HE GETS RIGHT UP IN THEIR FACES THE ARE STILL HOLDING BACK THEIR LAUGHS.

PULSAR: (HIS VOICE LOW AND CALM) Bull-**** wrestler.

PULSAR NODS AS IF AGREEING WITH THE GUYS. THE TWO GUYS SMIRK AND WALK AWAY. PULSAR TURNS BACK TO THE CAMERA. HIS FACE CAN NOW BE SEEN, IT IS FURIOUS.

PULSAR: (VOICE MENACINGLY STEADY) I wonder if this is a shared opinion. (VOICE RAISES) Anyone else want to pass on their thoughts (LOOKS AROUND THE STREET, A FEW PEOPLE ARE LOOKING AT PULSAR CONFUSED), please step up. No? Well, let me share my thoughts (NOW YELLING). I dont give a **** about any ones business, anyones vendettas. Dont you dare talk to me like I'm nothing. I'm here for the fans, I'm here for the gold, I'm here for myself... But most of all I'm here to cue the damn excitement!

FADE IN: PULSAR IS BACK IN THE GYM. AS HE COMES INTO PICTURE HE IS SEEN FINISHING OF A SESSION OF SKIPPING. HE HANGS UP THE ROPE AND TURNS TOWARDS THE CAMERA, COVERED IN SWEAT.

PULSAR: I meant to ask a question the other day, before I was interrupted. A question for you, DoP. I heard you referring to your self as a true warrior, which doesnt seem to be the case when looked at closely. You see, a true warrior wouldnt turn his back on battle, he is always willing to put his health and well-being on the line to fight, to defend his honor. Now you may not realise it, but when noone excepted my invitation for a match at the past Combat, you turned your back on battle. I then came out and taunted those who didnt except my challenge, including you, by calling them cowards, also with no response, you didnt defend your honor... Now to the question. What, the hell, sort of warrior are you supposed to be? In the real world its easy to come out here and call yourself whatever you like, whatever you feel makes yourself sound stronger and more imposing then what you are. But this is the wrestling world... which means if you want to talk, you have to back it up, or you get squashed (SLAMS HIS FIST INTO THE PALM OF HIS HAND)

(WALKS OVER TO A PUNCHING BAG, STARTS TO PUT THE GLOVES ON)

PULSAR: Now I know there is more than two of us in this match. Krusher, Canada's Hero, keeping quiet, keeping those cards held tightly at your chest (HOLDS HIS HANDS TO HIS CHEST), thats cool, hey this is a match for the International Title, this is huge. Its a smart idea to not come out here and show any of your weaknesses. I wouldnt do it either. But you see the difference you and me... I have no weaknesses. I'll keep fighting till there'e nothing left.. then I'll still keep going. So there is no excuse not to cue the excitement!

 

[DoP]

DoP: So, we want to talk about honor, and being a warrior. Fair enough. Let me ask you this. What kind of honorable warrior attacks from behind? I attacked Finnigan because he got in my business, and cost me a match. He had it coming, and should've seen it coming. You attacked me from behind for no other reason then because you thought it was a good idea at the time. That's fine with me, because I don't plan on giving you any opportunity to get the sneak attack in. A real honorable warrior will let his opponent know he's there, and then destroy him. It makes the victory all the sweeter. You will know that I am destroying you, and there won't be anything you can do about it. And as for you having "no weakness," that's about as big a load of bull**** as I've heard in a while. Every man has a weak point. I will find, and exploit yours. No man is invincible, and I'm going to teach you that.

As far as you other two are concerned, you pose me no threat. You will just be cannon fodder in the way of my warpath to victory. I suggest all three of you prepare for war...

FADE IN: PULSAR IS WALKING UP THE INTO AN APARTMENT BUILDING, THE CAMERA QUICKENS TO CATCH UP WITH HIM. PULSAR, HEARING THE FOOTSTEPS, TURNS AROUND TO THE CAMERA.

PULSAR: Hey, look who it is. The old personal cameraman (PC). Havent seen you for a while.

PC: Yeah, well, you were sort of losing a few, so I thought it was over, but the crowd wouldnt stop asking bout you.

PULSAR: (LAUGHS) Yeah man, that loyalty for ya. Do a bit for them and they'll do a bit for you.

PC: OK, well since I'm back, any words about the Gridiron Gauntlet or the Distributer of Pain who has been trying to throw you off your game?

(PULSAR LOOKS STRAIGHT DOWN THE CAMERA)

PULSAR: DoP, are you listening to whats being said around you? Your getting a little bit carried away, dont you think, a bit caught up in the motion of an honourable battle. I'll fight anyone, anywhere, and I wont back down from noone, which I have already proven here in the NWL and in other wrestling ventures... But, I never even notioned to the fact that I myself were a true warrior. Referring to youself, you were the one who said, and I qoute "a true warrior never stops training". Me? I'm just a balls-and-all competitor. I like to fight and thats why I attcked you from behind, while you were attacking another guy from behind... funny that.

With Combat just a few days away and what will sure be one of the biggest events in all four of our lives, I just get the feeling that I'm the most excited, the most switched on. I just cant help myself, I have to get out here and talk about, getting myself all pumped up... But let this excitement fool anyone, when that bell rings there'll be nothing but focus and determination to contest with... and that just spells gold coming my way... and for the rest of you, well, there will be just alot of pain. Cue the excitement.

DoP - Ok, let's just get to the point here. You seem to have some sort of bad ass complex going on. While I'm sure you're all hyped up about the big title match, I find nothing to be excited about. I've been in big matches. I've held major titles. I've beaten big names. While this is a big match, and a major title is on the line, none of you are big names. The other two are just sitting idly by, thumbs in their asses. I assume they realize they are no match. But you, Pulsar, seem to think that this is just going to be a walk in the park. I suggest you get your head out of your ass, and realize what you are up against. I'm not one of these regular "I've been in matches against guys bigger than me" bull****ters. I've been through Japan's hardcore circuit. You know, barbed wire, glass, electricity, nails, explosions, and fire. If you think you can somehow manage to be tougher than me, I'll be more than happy to trade shots with you. We'll see who has the bigger balls. I can guarantee you that you will go down sooner and harder than I will. So bring your lame ass street-fighting ways to my ring, and I'll plant your ass firmly into the mat.
