Dare I say that this is all over? The battles between me and Holocaust? I mean, some have been legendary. Others have been trifle...but is it time to call it all to an end? I mean, I thought I could be a competent World Champion. Instead, I couldn't do the job. Maybe that is why I kept getting hit with a glass ceiling when I used to wrestle in other federations. They knew something that I either didn't know...or refused to believe. Maybe it is time to look somewhere else for entertainment...somewhere else to dish out the reality checks...
Maybe, I just need to look inside...of me...
[[Fade into the hotel room of Damian Stone. We see that the clothes look to be packed in their respective suitcases. We also see that Echo is nowhere to be found. We see Damian sitting in a chair, looking at the "Great Book" as many call it. He turns the pages, looking for relief and understanding after all that had happened tonight.]]
I have been thinking much as of these last few hours, my friend and foe. I have been wondering about my state thought...my state of life...my state of destruction. And as I look at all that I have done with myself...the battles that we both have had with one another, I have come to realize that this...yea...is not over. Unfortunatly, it probably will never be over. I know this...and I know that, deep within your soul, you know it as well. We truly are the opposites of one another: two monster both holding the balance of the EUWC in the palms of our hands. And as much as I would love to clash with you one more time, *he sighs and shakes his head*, something has been bugging me deep within my head and heart. Something...well...someone...that is beginning to hack me off more than you. This man is looking for some cheap thrill by holding onto something more than anyone else. While I must admit that the body count that this man is earning for himself is one that even I somewhat envy...since even he did something that I have not been able to do...I do believe that this man is in desperate need of a class six wake-up call. This man started his "streak" by beating me the first time around. While even I think that would be somethng to not smile about, I look at what I was doing at that time and I have discovered that I then began to beat this kid down while he was the champion. In other types of matches, I found ways of beating him and his partners. But I do find it intriguing that this man has yet to come up to where I stand among the true legends and try to walk amongst the great.
But I know why. You are scared. You know that as soon as you step up into the big man's game, you are going to crash and burn quite violently. That is why you choose to hang around the IC Belt. But I plan to change that...
Hopefully, the board will look favorably upon me and let me have a match with you, Sean Taylor. You see, I never asked for my re-match when I lost the IC Title. I was saving it for a rainy day. And since this the best time to end this wet spell, maybe the Board will let me step up and show you that THIs TIME, The House won't be saving you. This time, they'll be no barb-wired tables. It'll just be you, me, the ref, and the people chanting my name when they see me holding the EUWC IC Title high in the air.
You ended my unbeaten streak. This time...I END YOUR IC TITLE STREAK!
