The Sergeant is sitting at his desk in the headquarters building of MWCW, located in Springfield, Missouri. He's dressed sharply, with a nice blue button-up shirt and dark red tie, and seems to be in high spirits. In the background on the wall is a sign that reads "MWCW has went __ days without a match." There is no number in the blank, for unknown reasons.
On the corner of his desk is the Empire Pro Wrestling Intercontinental Championship Belt.
The Sergeant: What a relief! For a moment, I actualy thought that Danny Ferguson was going to wrestle a match against me, a gimmick match, AND a handicap match! That would have been overkill. I'm glad he was able to find some support from other A-listers.
My team is inching closer and closer to the Dupree Cup finals, which is the last place anybody thought we'd be. We haven't had a show in God knows how long, and we're a tiny regional promotion with second rate has beens and never-will-be rookies... or at least that is what I'm lead to believe if I read the dirt sheets and wrestling magazines. Yet here we are, in the semifinals facing the A-list.
My task this week? Chandler Tsonda, a man whom I have had no prior dealings with.
Don't worry, I don't plan on running the man down simply because I have no knowledge of him. I'm still relatively new to the world of professional wrestling and there are more than a few people in this sport that are held in high esteem, yet I have not seen one of their matches. Chandler might be one of those people.
I'm just here to reaffirm my position that Midwest World Class Wrestling is NOT a fluke, and that I plan on leading us to another victory and into the finals of the Dupree Cup.
I know that it sounds a little redundant coming from me, but bare in mind that I'm a former soldier. Vocabulary and stirring speeches have never really been my strong point. Hard work, strong morals, training, and motivation are what I excell at.
I mean, come on...
I'm combat tested and mother approved... not spelling bee tested and professor approved!
Scene fades.
