To Be the King in a Time of War
Thoughts: Great opening segment. After the events of D&C, one would expect all of this to happen and it was pulled off well. Damien Lee said he had plans for the 4 people from the D&C match, but was cut off my SVJ who threw everyone a curveball and announced Derecho vs Sylo in the main event. Thrilling segment to open the show!

Opening Match
Fatal Fourway
Ninja K vs Kenjiro Ito vs Phoenix vs Wippit Guud
Thoughts: First it was a quad elimination and now it's a no contest. I like the fact that this match furthered the mystery of who will end up being the #1 Contender should Derecho fail at beating Sylo tonight. This match does a couple of things. One.. builds a rivalry between these four, Two.. adds mystique to who will be the contender, and Three.. now puts focus on the main event because it's up to Derecho to possibly crown SVJ the new #1 contender. The match itself was just fantastically written.. but then again, it was Tramel.. everything he touches is always intellectual and descriptive. No complaints here.

Til Death Do Us Part
Thoughts: And I quote - "“One man,” Keith said with repulsion, “Sylo isn’t one man. Sylo probably isn’t even human. Hell, I bet a couple a green-dicked aliens came down from planet, whogivesa**** and stuck that freak with a dose of secret serum. It probably contained roids, piss, and LSD. I mean, just look at that guy. He looks like a raver ****ed the Incredible Hulk!” " -- Wins the ****ing card. Sorry.. no need to review any further.
Review over: Overall Grade: A++++++
But seriously.. nice back and forth segment with Keith and Ray. Just shows how much Keith is sinking his teeth into Ray just to get more money out of him, but it looks like Ray is coming out of his funk and starting to set off the independent thought alarm. Should be interesting to see where this goes.

Out for Blood: Part 1
Thoughts: Oh God.. a part 1... Intense 38 flashbacks... anyhoo.... GIMMICK SWITCH! Interesting segment here where we see Vincent break the fourth wall or kayfabe.. whatever you want to call it and basically decided that he's had enough dancing like a puppet for jOlt and will do things his way in the land of the Underground. I'm really interested in seeing where this takes us!
-------------------------------------------
Match #2
Eli Conway vs Jonathan Conspiracy
Thoughts: A match that's a little on the short side, but a pretty good match nevertheless which sees JCON picking up the win. This does a nice little furthering of the heat between JCON and Nash. One must wonder what Nash will say now that JCON has beaten one of his "Boys". Match could have been a tad longer, but it's TV and it came off the heels of a hot four way... seriously, that girls gone wild tape during the commercial with those four chicks... hot damn... oh.. and there was the opening match, too, I suppose.

Segment
Out for Blood: Part 2
Thoughts: Now it was obvious who Lee was calling on the phone.. the backstage enforcer, Rune Winters, who sent a message loud and clear to Vincent.. too bad Mike Extreme missed the memo. Nice little swerve and set up segment and I applaud the fact that there was no mention of a concussion! (Don't kill me.. I had to say it)
-------------------------------------------
Match 3
Ray Chavez vs Greg Scott Vincent
Thoughts: Nice match here. Greg sold the attack by Mike Extreme well and it eventually wore him out for Chavez to get the pin.. then after the match we get an attack by Jason Rau. While it was eventual for this to happen, nice time for it to happen. Good match, good ending. No complaints here!

A Challenge
Thoughts: Short segment.. set up for a rematch between Ivan and Bane on Warriors. Can't get more to the point than that

Segment
Out for Blood: Part Three
Thoughts: He may have changed his gimmicks, but he kept the high life of booze and cancer sticks.. but something which was used for glitz and glamour was now used as a dark facade for a persona. I like how a simple prop changed gimmicks here along with Vincent. Battered and beaten... he still had his mind focused. I'm liking this new direction. Well done.
-------------------------------------------
Match #4
Total Conquest vs Sweet Sweet Lovin
Thoughts: ESTUANS INTERIS! IRA VEHEMENTI! SEPHIROTH! (Sorry couldn't resist and YES I typed that from memory.. *nerdflex*) Very nice action packed tag match.. was a pretty good read! Poor Sephiroth will now need the help of Kadaj to come back to life for his next match! And I'm sorry, but after the match.. did anyone else add the N word after WE COMIN' FOR YOU? Damn you Booker T! Also.. side note... I'm sure Sam Sweet and Lennox Love will be pissed that they fought hard only for Jonathan Conspiracy to pick up the win if you know what I mean.. wink wink nudge nudge dan dan fixy fixy

Thoughts: Seth.. if you ever stop writing the Heirs of Wrestling.. I'll kick you in the dick. That is all. I love this team and HOLY ****.. third title.. FREEBIRD RULE! Speaking of dicks.. Team VIAGRA in the house and it looks like we're setting up for a match at Glory. Should be an amazing match! Amazing segment, too! Sorry Ray.. this now wins segment of the night

Out for Blood: The Finale
Thoughts: ONE DOES NOT SIMPLY WHOCK... ok **** it.. I overused that joke. Vincent finally got his hands on Extreme and he got him bleeding like a stuck pig... after his little victory, the man who warned him earlier entered and took out Vincent. Rune Winters just showing up WHOCKING people is a nice dynamic to the shows. This is the perfect role for him. Nice that he spoiled Vincent's payback, but Vincent got all of his before it went down, so it's cool. Nice little wrap up.

MAIN EVENT

Sylo vs Derecho
Thoughts: No Comment.. not even on my own work..
.. oh **** it.. just this once.
I AM KING!
That is all

Overall Thoughts: MUCH better than Intense 38 balance wise. There was a nice segment to match ratio and everything hit it on all cylinders tonight. Everything had it's place, everything furthered stories, and everything made me want to keep reading. There were some little nitpicks here or there, but nothing big enough to even worth mentioning. This card was on top of its game.
Overall Grade: A-
Keep up the great work guys!
