How Long Does The E-mail Take?

Just wondering how long it takes the order/package to process and for the e-mail with the login information/file managing instructions to arrive.

I've had the package ordered for an hour or so now, and I followed the helpdesk instructions and the package information to access my site (http://scorpio.fwrestling.com) however it says it doesn't exist, and I have no e-mail.

So just wondering whether it's gone wrong or whehter this is normal.

I've had that problem it has been at least two months since I ordered. Yesterday I finally decided to get my own host site. 45 dollars a year.
