MATT FALEY: "Ladies and gentlemen, in our next match, coming to the ring," (CUE-UP: "Down With the Sickness" by Disturbed) "From Scotch Plains, New Jersey, weighing in at 227lbs., 'LOST CAUSE' CHRIS O'NEILL!!"
(Some fans cheer as Chris O'Neill comes out wearing black skater UFO pants, white boots, and a black hooded sweatshirt. When he gets to the ring he takes off his sweatshirt revealing tattoos up and down his arms. He takes off some silver earrings as he loosens up on the ropes)
"And his opponent," (CUE-UP: "Lawnmower" by Worthless United) "From Whitelandia, USA, weighing in at 220lbs., JOBBER!!"
(The crowd mostly boos as Jobber emerges from the back wearing long black tights and black boots. He just sneers at the crowd as he climbs into the ring)
TONY ROSS: "We are set to go here with another First Round match in our GLCW Heavyweight Title Tournamnet! Jobber is a very familar face as he has competed in federations all around the world, including the FWF! O'Neill is a fresh face to the wrestling scene and we will see how he handles Jobber!"
RICK WISEMAN: "Tony, you know more than anybody about the Jobber's past and how unorthodox his methods used to be. Everything from softcore wrestling, to having a monkey second him in his matches, this guy is something else!"
T.R.: "That is definitely true, but in Jobber's promos for GLCW, he has been much more serious than he has in the past and is out to prove himself to the wrestling world that he is just as talented as he is unorthodox!"
R.W.: "And O'Neill looks like he just left a Slipknot concert!"
T.R.: "Rick busting out the pop culture references, glad to see you haven't lost your touch! Ok, here we go as O'Neill is talking some mess to Jobber, and Jobber is just staring at him as if to say shut up and wrestle!"
R.W.: "I always thought the name 'Jobber' was self-defeating!"
T.R.: "Well, regardless of his name, he has won several titles, and he is definitely one of the favorites to win the GLCW Title! Jobber and O'Neill lock up and O'Neill with a quick arm drag! They lock up again and this time Jobber answers with his own arm drag! Jobber with a cocky grin on his face as he does the clean up motion with his hands! O'Neill rushes Jobber with some hard rights and backs him into the ropes! He whips Jobber in and hits a nice standing dropkick! O'Neill pounces on top of Jobber with a chinlock, and he's gonna try and wear Jobber down here!"
R.W.: "O'Neill is a newcomer to the business but he already seems to have a great grasp of timing and some good ring presence!"
T.R.: "Jobber is able to work his way to his feet and elbows O'Neill in the gut! O'Neill lets off and Jobber with some stiff forearms to the face! Jobber whips him into the corner! O'Neill rebounds into a wicked spinebuster!! 1......2.....No!! Nicely executed move that got some ohhs and ahhs from the crowd!"
R.W.: "Jobber has always tried to outthink and outwit his opponents in the ring, so we'll see if O'Neill is up to the task of matching wits here!"
T.R.: "Jobber with a few elbowdrops to soften O'Neill up and he pulls O'Neill to his feet and nails an inverted atomic drop followed by a hard clothesline! O'Neill goes down hard and Jobber locks in a half crab! This will definitely soften up the back! O'Neill crawls for the ropes and makes it and the hold is broken! Jobber stomps away at O'Neill and argues with referee Dave Powell as he tries to pulls Jobber away! Jobber shoves Powell and Powell shoves back!!"
R.W.: "He almost knocked Jobber down with that shove, and Powell is another guy that shouldn't be messed with! Powell is a former Golden Gloves boxer out of the Milwaukee area, another one of the no-nonsense referees Scott Malec has hired here in GLCW!"
T.R.: "O'Neill is allowed to get to his feet and he favors his back! Jobber moves in and kicks him right in the knee! O'Neill goes down and Jobber applies a camel clutch type maneuver, and Powell is checking for a choke here as it seems pretty close! Powell says its ok as Jobber cinches the hold in! O'Neill won't give and Jobber lets off and pounds on his back with sledgehammer like blows! Jobber pulls him up and gets jacked in the face for his troubles! O'Neill kicks him in the gut and piledrives him out of nowhere!! Where did that come from!"
R.W.: "O'Neill was taking a beating there and called up enough reserve to hit that piledriver to buy some time to recover!"
T.R.: "Both men lay on the mat and O'Neill gets up first! He whips Jobber in! Roaring elbow!! A cover!! 1......2.....Kicked out! O'Neill goes right back to the offense and picks Jobber up and body slams him right back down! O'Neill mounts the second turnbuckle and nails a guillotine legdrop!! Another cover!! 1......2.....No!! O'Neill with a few kicks to the ribs and he pulls Jobber back up and hits a nice German release suplex! O'Neill has made a huge comeback here! O'Neill pulls Jobber up and whips him in! O'Neill ducks down and Jobber has his wits about him enough to roll him up in a small package!! 1......2.....No!!"
R.W.: "O'Neill got caught by surprise there and almost lost the match there! A classic rookie mistake that he hopefully will not repeat in the future!"
T.R.: "Both men are up and Jobber ducks a right hand and answers with a few left jabs, a kick to the gut and hits a piledriver of his own!! Jobber signals that it's over here and he pulls O'Neill up and nails a Tiger Driver!! Wow!! This is academic!! 1.....2.....3!! Jobber pulls out the win here!"
R.W.: "Jobber just showed that he had more experience and ring savvy here and he proved that in spades with that nasty Tiger Driver! What a move to put away the youngster Chris O'Neill!"
T.R.: "Jobber will move on in the tournament and will face the winner of the Steven James-Angelo Castillo match, which we will see next! So don't go away! We'll be back after this!"
