Manson has tried to keep it quiet because he didn’t want to have any excuses if he lost the match tonight but he needed to have his lower leg wrapped by our trainers so we heard the news through the grapevine. Manson refuses to comment how bad the injury is, but Manson is a man who never asks for medical attention for anything, so Manson may be worse than he is letting on.
VIC WATERS: Manson is the kind of wrestler who if you chopped off his leg, he’d ask for a piece of scotch tape so he could go out their and wrestle his match later than night. The only reason this injury is a factor tonight is because Manson has to climb the ladder in order to reclaim his North American Title belt from Rat Fink.
BRANDON JACOBS: Who do you think did it? I’m betting that this is another dastardly deed by Rat Fink to keep Manson from getting his title back.
VIC WATERS: I’m not so sure. It seems like something Rat Fink would do, but it just seems way too obvious.
BRANDON JACOBS: I’m all pumped up for this one, even with Manson’s injured leg, this should be a hell of a fight.

BRANDON JACOBS: Manson kicks Michaels in the stomach… DDT ON THE FLOOR! Manson rolls into the ring and starts to setup the ladder… Manson is limping badly, it looks like Rat Fink & Michaels really did a number on his leg. Michaels is getting up and he is looking at Manson in the ring.

BRANDON JACOBS: Manson is trying but because of his wheel he can’t climb that fast… MICHAELS LOOKS AT MANSON…. MICHAELS SPEARS THE LADDER AND MANSON GOES CRASHING DOWN ON THE MAT!
VIC WATERS: Good lord, all Michaels had to do was simply knock Manson over, he didn’t have to take the ladder with him.
BRANDON JACOBS: Michaels is grabbing his shoulder, it looks like he may have done some damage when he rammed the steel ladder. Michaels re-sets the ladder up and starts climbing... MICHAELS REACHES UP.. HE CAN'T GRAB WITH HIS RIGHT ARM! Scotty Michaels climbs up one more step and reaches with his left.. HE ALMOST HAS IT... MANSON TIPS THE LADDER OVER AND MICHAELS CRASHES DOWN TO THE MAT WITH A THUD!
VIC WATERS: We were three inches away from a new champion.
BRANDON JACOBS: Manson is slowly using the ropes to get up….. MICHAELS NAILS HIM WITH LEFT! Manson uses the ropes to keep himself up. It looks like Michaels really hurt that right shoulder and he has a problem throwing punches with it.
VIC WATERS: Manson is smiling; he sees a weakness in Michaels.
BRANDON JACOBS: MANSON GRABS THE RIGHT ARM AND PUTS ON A CHICKEN WING ON MICHAELS! Michaels is screaming in pain! MICHAELS ELBOW MANSON WITH LEFT ELBOW BUT MANSON REFUSES TO LET GO!
VIC WATERS: Manson is in so much pain from his bad wheel, I doubt he feels any pain elsewhere.
BRANDON JACOBS: MANSON NAILS MICHAELS IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH A FOREARM AND LETS GO OF THE HOLD! Manson is calling out to the fans… HE IS GOING FOR THE TOURNIQUET! HE GRABS THE RIGHT ARM AND HE LOCKS IT ON!

BRANDON JACOBS: Michaels is screaming in pain…. MICHAELS IS TAPPING! HE WANTS TO GIVE UP! But he can’t, he can’t give up! The only way this match can end is if someone climbs that ladder and grabs the title.
VIC WATERS: Michaels could be tapping to try to fool Manson to break the hold, which is smart wrestling because your natural instinct is to break the hold after you hear your opponent give up!

VIC WATERS: Oh my god, Manson has crucified Michaels in the corner! He can’t escape because he shackled each arm of Michaels to the ladder and that ladder is inside of the ring!
BRANDON JACOBS: Manson had to get Michaels out of the way so he could deal with Rat Fink who has finally gotten back to his feet. Rat Fink is bleeding and now Manson has Rat Fink all to himself. May god have mercy on Rat Fink’s soul.

BRANDON JACOBS: Rat Fink runs to the corner where Scotty Michaels is crucified to the corner of the ring and tries to escape through the crowd… MANSON MAKES A MADE DASH AND CATCHES RAT FINK BY THE TRUNK! RAT FINK PUSHES MANSON INTO SCOTTY MICHAELS…. OH MY GOD, MICHAELS HAS PUT A BODY SCISSORS AROUND MANSON AND IS KEEPING HIM IN THE CORNER AGAINST HIS WILL!
VIC WATERS: People always seem to forget but the strongest muscles in the body are in the legs. That body scissors is ten times more effective than a bear hug.
BRANDON JACOBS: RAT FINK STARTS LAYING IN CHOPS TO MANSON AND MANSON CAN’T MOVE TO AVOID THEM!
VIC WATERS: Rat Fink is trying to steal a chair from a little old lady at ringside but she is putting up a fight… HE HAS IT!

Rat Fink runs into the ring and starts climbing the ladder as fast as he can! Manson reaches up again but he is just a bit off center… RAT FINK FINALLY REACHES THE SAME LEVEL MANSON IS ON AND MANSON AND RAT FINK BEGIN TO EXCHANGE BLOWS! VIC WATERS: DOC! DOC SILVER AND ANDRE EIAN ARE COMING DOWN TO THE RINGSIDE AREA WITH WIRE CUTTERS TO TRY TO FREE SCOTTY MICHAELS!
BRANDON JACOBS: Damn those two, can’t they mind their own damn business for once? Silver should stop worry about making Manson’s life hell and worry about his match which is coming up next. MANSON IS WOBBLING OFF THE LADDER! MANSON REGAIN HIS BALANCE AND HE NAILS RAT FINK WITH A RIGHT FLUSH TO THE JAW!
VIC WATERS: Rat Fink looks like he just had his clock cleaned! Doc & Eian have finally freed Michaels from the ladder!
BRANDON JACOBS: MANSON NAILS RAT FINK ANOTHER RIGHT…. AND THIS TIME RAT FINK FALLS OFF THE LADDER EIGHT FEET AND ONTO THE MAT HARD!!
VIC WATERS: NO! DAMN IT! NO!
BRANDON JACOBS: Manson reaches up…. HE FINALLY HAS IT! MANSON HAS REGAINED HIS TITLE AND HAS WON THE MATCH!
RING ANNOUNCER: The winner of the match and still WFW North American Champion…. MANSON!

VIC WATERS: Wait a second, look at the video screen! They are showing footage of the masked man attacking Manson! I didn’t know that was video taped!
BRANDON JACOBS: LOOK! HE IS TAKING OFF THE MASK…. OH MY GOD ITS SCOTTY MICHAELS!
VIC WATERS: NEW #1 MOST WANTED! Manson looks utterly pissed.
BRANDON JACOBS: Doc Silver & Andre Eian are escorting Michaels back to the dressing room as fast as they can. Manson is trying to climb down the ladder but his bad leg is slowing him down. Despite Manson’s victory here today, the damage done to his leg could comeback to haunt him down the road in his match against Eian. I bet this was a conspiracy by Michaels, Silver, Eian, and Rat Fink to rob Manson of his title and take him out of action.
VIC WATERS: Only time will tell, Manson may have settled his feud with Rat Fink here today, but a whole new page in the book of Manson has begun with Scotty Michaels.
BRANDON JACOBS: That Michaels… he may be even worse than Rat Fink, I didn’t even think that was possible. He has shown his true colors here today and that he is willing to do anything to win.
