I think I'd be seriously remiss if I didn't pass out some recognition to those who were a big help in making Battleground Britain the mega-event that it turned out to be.

When it began, it was intended to showcase what we were all about as a fed and it quickly turned into a cross-promotional mega-card.

I'd like to thanks those of you from outside the fed who agreed to participate. I won't name you all here. Everyone knows who you are already anyway. I'd specifically like to thank Paul Miller for putting his World title on the line in a fed other than his own. Huge props on that. Another thanks to Chad Merritt for allowing me to write the CSWA World Title into the Ryan-Windham matchup. It added a ton to the atmosphere, so a huge thanks there to Mr. Merritt.

I'd also like to thank our writers for this show. We had a variety of help in this regard. Thanks goes out to Gregg Gethard, who handles Troy Windham and who also wrote the Windham/Southern vs. Professionals match. Big thanks to Jeff Bolichowski, the handler of Christian Sands for writing five....count em....five big matches including the 66 minute Sands-Rabesque draw. He also threw in about 7 pages of the main event for me and for that I thank him a ton. Ryan Strawsma also was a big help by writing three or four matches including the big Ryan-Windham match that tore the house down. Big props to Ryan for that one. And of course last but not least Chad Dupree for contributing a match despite having some serious things in life to deal with. This place runs with Chad as the heart of it. No show would be complete without his contributions.

Thanks to Paul Brisbin for inspiring a new feature in the fed with his audio roleplay and for the line of the night with Ice Tre. "S'appenin baby" merchandise is rolling out soon. ;)

I'd also like to thank of course our handlers for not only ripping it up in roleplay but for sharing the stage with some outsiders in order to truly show what we're capable of doing. I couldn't be more proud of what you've all managed to accomplish.

Keep with us as we go into this new year with a bang and hopefully continue to provide the best that we possibly can in fantasy wrestling.

To conclude, I'd like to announce the structure of "management" as it were for the forseeable future.

As always, Erik Zieba and Chad Dupree are and forever will be co-owners in and out of storyline. However, as Erik deals with the pressures of military life, I will be stepping into his role for the time being. As such, I will take on a co-ownership type role with Chad for a little while. As always, angles and such go through the official email address at gxwwrestling@hotmail.com and will be used in the same way as always.

I'd also like to announce the creation of a new staff position. This position will be in charge of distributing matches and coordinating with Chad and myself to make sure they are written and that our writing staff is working in concert with Chad and myself.

For this position we have selected Jeff Bolichowski. He will begin immediately starting with Revolution.

To head off any questions, Jeff will be mostly a liaison between Chad and myself, and the writers. Those of you who have written for us in the past and will write for us in the future will by no means take a back seat as a result. I can honestly say we have the finest and most loyal set of match writers in the fantasy wrestling world. Again, I couldn't be prouder. If any of you have not written for us and would like to feel free to email us and let us know. I more than welcome and encourage everyone to contribute and take part in our future.

Whew.

A lot to swallow eh?

Again thanks to all and here's to a great 2004.

damn, Dave.

the fed-name change mean you're going to have to get a new FWCentral ScreenName?

I should register DBrunkGWE and hold it for ransom ;)
