Now competitor number four…TRENT TYLER!
(A young man gets out of his seat and appears to be in total shock. He is the youngest of the bunch and seems a little humbled by the announcement.)
A look of sheer joy falls down upon the young boy’s face, who had so many times experienced hardships and sorrow in his short life. One would think that in just 16 short years, a young adolescent would experience only minor problems. Parental conflict, peer acceptance, sports, girls, etc. However, that is not the case with this young man, who was literally forced to mature at such a rapid rate, rather than taking the opportunity to enjoy the years that most cherish and reflect upon.
Although words escape his mouth, the thoughts run ramped throughout his head.
“Finally, I have done it.” he thought to himself.
“This is in my blood. I was born to be a wrestler and nothing will stop me from obtaining my goals.”
“For once in my life, something has finally gone my way. As my mother was lowered six feet into the ground, just a year ago, I promised her that I would achieve my goals in life and make her proud.”
The remaining competitors continued to be announced for the contest, as tears gradually began to muster in the eyes of the young Trent Tyler. Mixed emotions overwhelmed this young boy, as a life of toil and torment seemed to be something that he had inherited rather than stumbled upon.
“And soon, so very soon, I will prove to the man who created me that I am a result of his absence in my life. The day will come, when he will come face-to-face with the child that he never met, supported, or loved.”
“For my mother and myself, I shall prove to the world that my life’s path was predetermined from the womb. And to the man who bestowed this life upon me, I shall make him pay.”
Tyler’s eyes continued to tear up, as a smile set down upon his face. Most certainly a smile of joy, for many reasons that would soon become known to the world.
“And the greatest thing of all, is that I will make him pay in his own organization.”
“The GXW!”
