I was meaning to put this up today, but thanks for the proactive-ness, Stanton.

To recap, you need to be an active fed on FWC to qualify. To that end, DEF, Jolt, and ACW are included even though it's just the fan forums, and CSWA and BodyCount are not (in one case, because the fed never actually had a show and in the other, it was just a brief tournament).

ULTRATITLE matches, competitors, and RP threads are also allowed to be considered.
