[1] Have fun..... none of us are getting paid to do this.

[2] Max 2 posers per person (under seperate accounts).

[3] Accounts must be the name of the superstar (it is easier that way).

[4] No double posers. (No two people can have the same poser) (posers like Kane and Masked Kane will be at a moderators discresion).

[5] A minimum of 1000 words will be required for your RP to count. Anything that falls under this, is a waste of both the GCW staff's, and your own time. Failure to meet the RP word limit 3 times, will lead to your termination. Too long of a roleplay however, can be drawn out and boring, so try to stick with something you can handle. [6] No bitching...... the moderators have enough to worry about that they don't need to deal with 5 year old "grown ups".

[7] Please ask for permission to use another persons character or someone that they have created to have in a storyline. You can obtain permission from a staff member, or from the handler of the character. If you fail to do so, you will be disqualified in your matches for that week. If a repeat offense occurs, you will be suspended, if you happen to hold a belt you will be stripped of it as well. If there should be a third time, you will be handed your walking papers.

[8] Inform staff members if you know that you will be away an excess amout of time. This can be by posting in the boards, PM, or IM.

[9] No posting of nude pictures anywhere on the site...... we have people who are not old enough to view this material.

[10] The deadline is final. The GCW staff will do it's best to make sure that everyone is aware of the deadline's for the events. We have deadlines for a reason and will excercise them properly. I will not tolerate people telling me they took time zone classes, when the deadline is clearly posted on the boards.

[11] Please don't post in character on the OOC board looking for fights. If you become a problem on the OOC board, you become a problem in every other aspect of the fed. Freedom of speech is appreciated, but there's no need for picking fights on the OOC board. If caught, you will be served a suspension. If caught again, if a champion, you will be stripped of your championship and suspended. If there is a third time, you will be handed your walking papers.

[12] Title shots are earned, not given out. Don't worry if you haven't got a shot in a while. Continue working and it will pay off.

[13] No soliciting other feds on the forums if you have a layout that has an affiliates page that is fine but there will be no posting of another fed on the forums. If you wish to an affiliate PM Chris Wall and place he GCW banner, that can be found on the homepage, somewhere onto your e-fed.

[14] This rule is probably the most important to any fed. No show RP'ers. We do not tolerate No show's. There's nothing worse then typing frantically to be able to post an epic, only to have your opponent no show the match. Here in the GCW we do understand sometimes no shows happen for legit reasons. If you no show, any show. You have a 2 day window for an explination as to why you no showed. If you fail to present a legitiment reason to one of the GCW staff members, you will be given your first warning. The legitamacy of your reason will be taken at the discreation of the staff. If they feel the reason is not a good enough one, they can decline your explaination. If you repeat offend, you will be suspended, and any championships you hold will be stripped from you. If there is a third offense, we will terminate your contract. If we're putting an effort in to write matches, and your opponent is putting in an effort to make the match fun. There's no reason for you to no show. If you No show two weeks in a row, you will be removed without a third strike.

[15] Profanity in RP's is acceptable. Just please try not to go overboard with the f bombs. If you post an RP that is purely foul language, you're not accomplishing anything.

[16] Keep others in mind when typing up your RP. Sexism, Racism, and any other ism is not appreciated. Each situation will be handled differently. Each person is different and has different views. We here in the GCW do our best to make everyone happy.

[17] As the roster size increases, we may be forced to give new members a "try-out" period. This would consist of Dark matches. If you RP, you will be picked up and put onto our main card. If you fail to RP, you will be stuck in Dark Matches. If you fail to RP 2 times in a row, we will remove you from the roster.

[18] The staff reserves the right to termination of a roster members contract at anytime. If the staff feels as if the member has not contributed to the fed, or has acted inappropriately, they can terminate the contract without prior notice. Also if you have 0 posts after two weeks your account will be deleted.

[19] All staff decesions are final, there is no point to argue with the staff after they have spoken. It just wastes your time and breath.

[20] Rules can be changed, or created without prior notice.
