Akron, Ohio although he grew up in Cincinatti with his mother.
During his childhood, Jackson was always a fan of pugilistic
sports and began training in private whenever possible. He hoped
to be a boxer, but settled for wrestling when he learned his
father had ties back in Akron. It was then that Jackson discovered
he had a younger half-brother who happened to be following the
same path.
