Alright, here's your spot to leave feedback for all the RPs in the ToC. I ask judges to restrain from leaving their feedback until the show is posted. Competitors and onlookers though, feel free to discuss what was posted in this tournament.

I especially want to hear what people think about the round 3 pieces. Please, have at it!

Well... I just posted my thoughts of round three in another post not realizing this was here, but I thought a first person perspective of the outcome of the match was great. I really enjoyed writing a match like that and reading others on how they act or think when in the ring.

It really gives a better idea of how each of our superstars act and know how our superstar personalities can be so different. Sometimes you just don't see differences between one cocky star to another, but seeing it in a first person perspective you can see where things are viewed at a much better angle.

I definitely enjoyed the multi-themed aspect of the tournament. It was probably the most unique type of tournament I've ever had the chance to handle in, and I'm really glad I did.

Admittedly, Round 3 gave me the most trouble, but I had fun with it. Like Jay said, it gives you the best view into the way your character thinks, and operates in the heat of the match. I found that very interesting, and appealing, although tough to find the right words to match my thoughts.

Rounds 1 and 2 were fun, too. Doing narrative RPing is something I enjoy, but don't have enough time for, as I take longer writing that way. It was nice having a sample of it, though.

I remember you commenting on Round 1 RPs being a little less stellar this year, Tom, and I'd agree with your explanation that, having seen from last year's ToC, people went in with more of a 'gameplan' than they may have for the first one.

Having had computer problems for a lot of last year, I happened to miss reading the 2006 ToC, so that's not really my excuse... heh...

Personally, I tried to pattern my RPs to be somewhat connected, so the first one was partly a lead-in to my 2nd. Maybe not the smartest idea, and I dunno if it came across as such [I'll find out soon! : p], but it is what it is.

Overall, I had a lot of fun with it. Thumbs up! ^_^

Those who know me know that I've rarely ventured outside of A1E, so my "expertise" is at traditional promo-style RP'ing. That said, doing narrative in round 2 gave me a bit of trouble. First time I've ever done it actually. Hope it came off OK.

And the round 3 idea I thought was really cool. Took me a little while to get started on that one, but once I did, it sort of came to me. Made it actually a fairly natural way to write.

Cool stuff as always, Tom.
